Daiwa ELEV8 Rods are 7 foot 10 inch, extra fast action saltwater casting rods designed for jigging for bottom fish. All in all, ELEV8 rods are well-suited for many different bottom jigs and techniques, highly effective for rockfish, snapper, fluke, flounder and other bottom fish. Specifically designed for , the rods work well with many other jigs and spoons too.

The rod blank uses Daiwa's X-45 Bias Construction, a material that resists twisting for a truer bend. The composite blank also utilizes Glatech Technology for added durability and strength. The rods are finished with Fuji® Tangle-Free K-Guides with FazLite Rings, which facilitate more efficient casts and overall rod durability. For added convenience, a movable hook keeper band secures a wide variety of jigs and rigs.
